Laadruim is a warehouse system by B2Next B.V. This page says which data Laadruim keeps about you when you use the app, why, and for how long.

Which data

  • Your name and email address, your level and your company. So you can sign in, and your administrator knows who has access.
  • Your passkeys. Only the public part and the name of the device. Your fingerprint or face stays on your own device.
  • A log of sign-ins and changes, with the IP address and the kind of device. So we see misuse and can stop it.
  • What your company records in Laadruim, such as orders and stock. That data belongs to your company. We process it on your company's behalf.

How long

  • IP addresses in the log: 90 days.
  • Sign-ins and access in the log: one year.
  • Messages from integrations in the log: 90 days.
  • Your account: as long as your company uses Laadruim.
  • Backups: 30 days.

Where

Laadruim runs on a server of mijn.host, a Dutch hosting company. Mail goes through mijn.host. Backups are stored encrypted with Backblaze in the EU (Amsterdam). We sell nothing and share your data with no one else.

Cookies

This page uses no cookies. The app sets only what it needs: one cookie to keep you signed in, one against forged forms, and one that remembers this device has a passkey. No tracking and no advertising.

Your rights

You may see your data, have it corrected or have it removed. Write to support (at) laadruim.nl for that. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
