Know a warehouse that stores goods for others and still works with Excel or paper? Give them your own link. If they carry on after their free month, you get their first paid month, once.

  1. Join, and your own link comes to your inbox straight away.
  2. Share it with people you know: a client, a former colleague, the neighbours on the business park.
  3. They start through your link, with a free month and no payment details.
  4. If they carry on, we transfer the amount to you 30 days after their first payment. If they cancel within those 30 days, there is no reward.

If your business is in the Netherlands. We ask it to see that a company is not your own. If your business is a client of Laadruim already, it gets a free month instead of money.

The scheme (version 1, valid from 3 November 2026)

  • You recommend Laadruim with your own link. If a company that came through your link carries on after the free month, you get the amount of its first paid month.
  • We pay 30 days after that first payment has come in. If the company cancels in that time, or the payment is reversed, there is no reward.
  • Anyone aged 18 or over can take part, with or without a business.
  • Not for your own company, and not for a company that was a client before or already had a free month. One link counts per company: the first valid one.
  • The company sees your name. If it says before its first payment that it did not come through you, it does not count.
  • If you take part for a company that is a client, that company gets a free month instead of money.
  • If you share your link publicly, say that you get a reward.

1. Who can take part

Anyone aged 18 or over, with or without a business. The Laadruim team does not take part, and neither do our partners who sell Laadruim, or their people.

2. Your link

You request your link at laadruim.nl/en/recommend. You share it yourself: with people you know, or in a public post. We never email anyone on your behalf, or anyone who did not ask. If a company comes through one of our partners, you give us your code; see article 3.

3. When a company counts

  • It starts through your link. If it comes through one of our partners, you give us your code and the company confirms it came through you, both before it pays its first month.
  • It became a client on or after 3 November 2026, the day this scheme began. It was not yet a client of Laadruim, also not through a partner, and had no free month before.
  • It is not your own company: not the same Chamber of Commerce number, address or email address as yours, and not a company you own or run.
  • One referrer per company: the first valid link or code counts.
  • The company sees that it came through your link, with your name. If it chooses “Not through this link” before its first month is paid, it does not count.

4. The reward

  • The amount of that company's first paid month, excluding VAT: €300 for Basic, €400 for Complete. If the company later picks another package, or pays a different price through a partner, your reward stays the same.
  • Once per company. There is no limit to the number of companies.
  • 30 days after the company has paid its first month, to us or to our partner, we transfer the amount to your account.
  • If that payment is reversed, or the company cancels within those 30 days, there is no reward for that company.
  • If you take part for a company that is itself a client of Laadruim, that company gets a free month of its own package instead of the amount: the next month it would otherwise pay. If it is no longer a client before that month begins, you get the amount.

5. VAT and tax

  • With a business: send us an invoice for the amount, with VAT if you charge it. We pay on the date in article 4, or within 14 days of your invoice if it comes later.
  • Without a business: you get the amount as it is, without VAT. For tax it is income; you declare it yourself. Where the law requires it, we also report the payment to the Dutch tax authority.
  • If you live outside the Netherlands, the tax rules of your own country apply.
  • A free month: then there is no payment. You send no invoice and we do not ask for an account number. The month shows as a discount on your own invoice.

6. Recommending fairly

  • In a public post, say that you get a reward, for example: “I get a reward if you carry on with Laadruim through my link.”
  • Only say what is true. Prices and what is included are on laadruim.nl; do not promise a discount of your own.
  • No messages to people who did not ask, and no bought addresses. Do not present yourself as Laadruim, and do not advertise on the name Laadruim.

7. If something is wrong

If something goes against these rules, there is no reward for that company and we may stop your link. We tell you why, and you may respond.

8. Changes and ending

We may change or end this scheme. You hear about it 30 days in advance by email. For companies that already started through your link, the rules that applied when they started stay in force. You may stop at any time; what you already earned, you get.

10. Who we are

See article 1 of the terms and conditions. Dutch law applies. If you take part without a business, you keep the protection of the law of the country where you live.
