Taking your data with you

With the button "Export everything" you download everything of your company at any moment, up to 3 times a day, free of charge.

What do you get?

One zip with an Excel file with a sheet per kind of data, and the same data as CSV. The stock has the same columns as the import, so it reads back into Laadruim or another system as it is. The list of what you can take is in article 8 of the terms.

Below, per kind, are the name of the file and what is in it. Every file is a CSV file (with semicolons, in UTF-8) and a sheet in the Excel file. The raw messages of connections come along as .txt in the folder messages, and README.txt says what is in it and how many rows per kind.

How do you switch?

Ask us and we help you within 30 days. Laadruim keeps working during that time. After the end you can still view and download everything for 3 months; then we erase everything and confirm it.

Where is your data?

On servers in the Netherlands, at a Dutch hosting company, under Dutch and European law. Backups are in Amsterdam at Backblaze, an American company. Those copies are encrypted with a password Backblaze does not have.

Can a government outside the EU get your data?

Your data stays in the EU. We hand it over only if Dutch or European law obliges us to, and we tell you if we may. The encryption of the backups means that even a foreign request to Backblaze yields nothing readable.
